UFA is excited to introduce a new alumni mentorship program for the upcoming summer. The objectives of this program are to strengthen CMU’s alumni network, ease the transition of students to the workplace, and enable alumni to guide undergraduate students.
We will match each alum with one or two student mentees. Our aim is to match alumni with students interning at the same firm. However, if that is not feasible, we will ensure that the alum and student(s) work in the same city.
The program will involve mentoring and building relationships through phone calls, e-mail exchanges, and outings such as coffee or lunch.
